Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 3-7 business days. For Express Delivery* add an additional $15.00 and for Next-Day Express Delivery* add $25.00 (must be placed before noon EST.). Next-Day Service is available for delivery on the next regular business day. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-888-416-6004 for delivery options based upon your specific location. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however regular delivery will take an extra 3 days.
*We regret that Express or Next-Day Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders.
Any promotional discount or allowance (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping offers do not include express shipping charges.
We do not accept international orders through the website
Extended Holiday Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with great customer service and making a return as easy as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise for a refund. Order now through December 24 and receive a full refund on the original form of payment until January 31, 2014. Gift recipients will receive store credit. The following exclusions apply: Sweepstakes Prizes, Gift Cards. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging. A refund is subject to the merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Control Department. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. Please note only items purchased directly at HeidiDausDesigns.com, by the customer may be accepted for a return.
Step #1: Complete Return Form
Complete the Return form included with your order. Be sure to include the Return form in your package and return it to us within one year of purchase date.

Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please use the pre-paid UPS label enclosed with your purchase to ship your return. Securely repackage your merchandise, cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the outer package. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Write down your UPS tracking number for your records.
Affix the pre-paid UPS label to the outside of the package and ship via UPS. Drop off at any UPS location. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Heidi Daus Designs. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase. All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable.
